In terms of appearance, the Saic Roewe Ei5 EV follows the brand's youthful "Electronic National Tide" theme, adopting a unique electric vehicle design language. The front features a grille-less design specific to electric vehicles, with the "ROEWE" letters extending across the front using high-gloss black and chrome strips, connecting the headlights and enhancing the vehicle's horizontal visual effect. Additionally, the three-section air intake gives the car a sportier look.

On the side, the overall style of the new car remains consistent with the current model, with rich waistlines creating varied light and shadow effects. At the rear, a new design style is also adopted, with a chrome strip connecting the tail lights on both sides. The brand's "ROEWE" logo is prominently placed at the top, adding a sense of layering. The overall dimensions of the car are 4600mm in length, 1818mm in width, 1543mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2665mm.

The Saic Roewe Ei5 EV utilizes a minimalist design language, featuring a closed front grille, vector matrix LED headlights, and air intakes on the lower bumper, making the overall design more stylish and avant-garde, attracting the attention of younger consumers.

The Saic Roewe Ei5 EV features dual LCD display instruments, showcasing a highly luxurious and technological feel. Additionally, the new car is equipped with intelligent systems such as navigation, reversing camera, and audio-visual entertainment within the LCD displays, enhancing convenience.

Inside, the new car features a completely new design style, with a 10.25-inch floating central control screen and a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, giving the car a more technological feel. The blue trim on the air vents highlights the identity of the new energy vehicle. In terms of configuration, the new car is equipped with the L2 AI Pilot advanced safety assistance system, including ACC full-speed adaptive cruise control, TJA traffic jam assist system, LDP lane departure correction system, and a 360° panoramic view.

Additionally, the second-row seats of the new car support a 4/6 split fold-down and offer a trunk volume of 1376 liters, which can accommodate two 28-inch suitcases, one 24-inch suitcase, and one 20-inch suitcase, meeting various storage needs. The car is also equipped with UVC deep ultraviolet optical sterilization, featuring a hidden layout, supporting remote start, and can complete disinfection in 90 seconds.

In terms of power, the Saic Roewe Ei5 EV is equipped with a second-generation 8-layer Hair-pin permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 135 kW (184 hp) and a peak torque of 280 N·m. It has a 61.1 kWh ternary lithium battery pack with six large modules and a one-piece cast aluminum tray design, providing an energy density of 170.1 Wh/kg and an NEDC comprehensive range of 501 kilometers. Additionally, the car can charge up to 80% in just 30 minutes.
