Leapmotor C01 REEV

In terms of exterior design, the Leapmotor C01 REEV adopts the sleek profile of a coupe, featuring a sloping roof, frameless doors, and concealed door handles – all aligning with the current trend in new energy vehicles. Continuing the design language of its pure electric counterpart, the C01 REEV maintains a clean and minimalistic appearance. Notably, the front grille introduces a mesh pattern, and the front bumper features elongated air intakes on either side.

On the side, the vehicle maintains simplicity in its design, with an integrated ducktail-style spoiler on the rear trunk. The dimensions of the C01 REEV are 5050mm in length, 1902mm in width, and 1515mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2930mm.

At the rear, the taillights of the C01 REEV form a continuous design connected by a black decorative panel. The internal light source adopts a distinctive horizontally arranged stripe pattern, providing a recognizable illumination. Additionally, the lower part of the rear bumper is adorned with a small-sized rear diffuser, enhancing the vehicle's sporty appeal.

The overall design of the Leapmotor C01 REEV is almost identical to the previously launched all-electric version. However, the extended-range version features a separately designed opening in the front of the vehicle, specifically designed to facilitate the intake of the range extender.

The center console of the Leapmotor C01 REEV adopts a symmetrical layout, with three independent screens seamlessly connected by glossy black decorative panels. Additionally, the interior color scheme of the new vehicle exudes a subtle Morandi color ambiance, imparting a distinctly sophisticated feel.

Moving to the interior, the C01 REEV features a stacked center console design, embracing a minimalist style by replacing physical buttons with screens. The interior exhibits an elegant color scheme and a high-quality finish. Continuing the three-screen design from the pure electric model, the C01 REEV exudes a sense of technology and sophistication with extensive leather wrapping.

The major distinction from the electric version lies in the seating arrangement. The C01 REEV adopts an ergonomic one-piece seat design, enhancing comfort with soft foam in the middle and firm foam on the sides, allowing rear passengers to extend their feet under the front seats. The vehicle comes standard with a 12-speaker Artemis immersive music cabin, offering a surround sound experience.

In terms of intelligence, the C01 REEV is equipped with the Leapmotor OS smart cockpit, powered by the Qualcomm 8155 chip. This chip controls the intelligent triple screen and the Face ID facial recognition adaptive system, catering to various driving and entertainment needs. Furthermore, the vehicle comes with the Leapmotor Pilot intelligent driving assistance system, incorporating up to 28 high-precision perception hardware and offering a maximum of 23 intelligent driving assistance functions.

For power, the C01 REEV features an all-new range extender powertrain with a 1.5L Atkinson four-cylinder range extender. With a lightweight design, the engine delivers a maximum power of 70 kW. Equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery, the CLTC electric range is 216 km and 316 km. The electric motor boasts a maximum power of 200 kW, with a CLTC fuel consumption of 4.9L/100km.
