In terms of appearance, the DongFeng Forthing S50 EV retains a closed-style design for the front face (accented with U-shaped black elements) and maintains a triangular headlight design. Additionally, the front bumper features a smoked black decoration and a trapezoidal air intake to enhance the dynamic look of the front face. The vehicle dimensions are 467517901550mm, with a wheelbase of 2700mm, positioning it as a compact electric car.

Moving to the rear of the vehicle, the DongFeng Forthing S50 EV features independent left and right taillights and a raised ducktail design on the rear tailgate. Furthermore, the lower part of the rear bumper is adorned with smoked black decorative elements and a chrome strip running through it to give the rear of the car a more vibrant and dynamic feel.

The front face features a large closed-style design with sharp halogen headlights, and the charging port is positioned at the rear of the grille cover plate.

The DongFeng Forthing S50 EV's central console area includes a three-spoke steering wheel, a 3.5-inch monochrome screen with mechanical pointer instruments, and a 9-inch floating central control screen (for the elite version).

In the powertrain department, the DongFeng Forthing S50 EV is equipped with a front-mounted single motor, delivering a maximum power of 110 kW (150 PS) and a maximum torque of 210 Nm. It has a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 12 seconds and a top speed of 145 km/h.

As for the range, the DongFeng Forthing S50 EV is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery pack provided by Huateng Power, offering a pure electric range of 410 kilometers under CLTC working conditions.
