From an exterior perspective, the front face of the new SAIC GM Buick Velite 6 has undergone subtle adjustments. The elongated closed grille connects with the lights on both sides. Coupled with the black decoration below the light groups, it reminiscent of Cadillac's "teary-eyed" headlights. The lines at the front emphasize the muscular feel typical of American cars.

On the side, the design hasn't changed noticeably. It stands taller and longer than a hatchback, yet shorter and more practical than a wagon, maintaining a fluid and grand silhouette.

Regarding the rear, the "7-shaped" tail lights are retained, offering a sense of depth. In detail, there are adjustments mainly on the rear bumper, featuring a broader black protective plate decoration. A silver protective plate is added at the central bottom.
