2024 Saic Roewe D7

The 2024 Saic Roewe D7 adopts Roewe's new D family design language, embodying "technological elegance" to reflect Roewe's latest understanding of new energy products. The D7 EV features a closed front face and split headlights, while the D7 DMH has integrated headlights and a front grille with extended design elements, creating a wider visual impression.

On the side, the Roewe D7 has an elegant and natural sloping roofline. The DMH uses traditional door handles, while the EV model has hidden handles to further reduce wind resistance. Both models have identical charging ports, supporting both fast and slow charging, with fast charging being particularly advantageous for the plug-in hybrid model to save waiting time. In terms of dimensions, the DMH model measures 4890/1890/1510mm (L/W/H), while the EV model is 4890/1872/1510mm, with both having a wheelbase of 2810mm. The rear of the Roewe D7 features a rounded, wide design with slender, elegant taillights and a small "ducktail" shape that balances vertical downforce and horizontal drag, further reducing wind resistance and noise.

The Roewe D7 EV features integrated high and low beam headlights composed of 16 LED bulbs at the front, with a low beam illumination range of 243 meters and a high beam range of 395 meters. The DMH version, on the other hand, has integrated high and low beam headlights composed of 30 LED bulbs at the front, with a low beam illumination range of 310 meters and a high beam range of 520 meters.

The interior features a 12.3-inch instrument panel and a 12.3-inch central control screen, combined with a "Galaxy Deco" design to create a starlit integrated dual-screen. The central control's horizon design wraps around the driver's line of sight, focusing on the driver's needs without disrupting the driving experience.

Inside, the Roewe D7 features a "Cloud Residence" cabin, offering a cozy, tranquil earth-toned interior for a simple yet luxurious visual experience. The embracing horizon design provides a broader view. Dual 12.3-inch LCD screens support custom apps, seamless car-to-phone navigation, real-time traffic light countdowns, and dynamic lane information, making it convenient and user-friendly. Below the central control screen, there is a row of physical buttons.

The new Zebra Intelligent System includes an AI voice assistant that supports nuanced commands and varied responses for more human-like interactions. The vehicle also features a charging map and energy management display, with automatic long-distance charging planning, smart charging station search, and appointment charging functions. The intelligent "Lightning Assistant" can also manage the user's itinerary. The Roewe D7 is equipped with zero-gravity cloud residence seats, with U-shaped front seats that offer 10-way electric adjustment and ventilation for the driver. The extensive use of suede material combined with quilting craftsmanship provides a cloud-like comfort, and the one-touch recline function allows for a more comfortable rest inside the car.

In terms of power, the 2024 Saic Roewe D7 EV models offer CLTC comprehensive ranges of 510km and 610km. The VGA six-in-one electric drive has maximum power outputs of 145kW and 155kW, with 0-100km/h acceleration times of 7.3 seconds and 6.5 seconds, respectively. The five-link independent rear suspension and Nebula pure electric luxury rear-drive architecture further enhance the driving experience. The DMH super hybrid system features a 1.5L engine with thermal efficiency greater than 43%, a total motor power of 150kW, and total motor torque of 330Nm, with a fuel consumption of 4.3L/100km when the battery is depleted. Under CLTC conditions, its pure electric range is 125km, and the combined range is 1400km.
