Recently, Beijing Mercedes-Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Recall of Defective Automobile Products" and its implementing measures.
Recall Batches:
Starting from January 12, 2024, a total of 34 domestically produced A-Class and C-Class vehicles, manufactured between June 8, 2022, and August 22, 2022, are being recalled.

Reason for Recall:
Some vehicles within this recall range may have components damaged due to improper parts transportation. The internal components of the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) unit, responsible for controlling the vehicle's stability during travel, may be affected. Moisture could enter the unit, impacting the functionality of the ESP system (vehicle stability control, anti-lock braking system), thereby increasing the risk of collisions and posing a safety hazard.
Recall Measures:
Beijing Mercedes-Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. will, through authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships, replace the ESP units free of charge for the vehicles within the recall scope, eliminating the safety risks.
