The 2024 Nio Onvo L60 EV SUV is designed by former Bentley designer Raul Pires, embodying the WAY UP design philosophy, which symbolizes a positive and prosperous vision for its family-oriented positioning. Specifically, the new vehicle features a closed front grille and split headlight clusters, resulting in an appealing overall aesthetic.

From the side, the vehicle showcases short front and rear overhangs, a coupe-style roofline, prominent wheel arches, a low visual center of gravity, and a dynamic stance, all contributing to a strong sense of sportiness. Additionally, it has a drag coefficient of Cd 0.229 (for reference, the Tesla Model Y has a drag coefficient of Cd 0.236), which helps extend the vehicle's range. The dimensions of the car are 4828 mm in length, 1930 mm in width, and 1616 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2950 mm, classifying it as a mid-size SUV.

The vehicle features a completely new design language from Onvo, with a closed front grille that highlights its identity as a new energy vehicle. The new split headlight clusters on either side are simple and technological, while the three-section black lower grille design emphasizes its sporty aesthetics.

Inside, the center console is equipped with a single 17.2-inch floating touchscreen that controls the entire layout. Additionally, there is a 13-inch HUD (head-up display) and an 8-inch rear LCD screen.

At the rear, the vehicle features a hatchback-style tailgate with a wide opening angle, making it convenient for loading cargo. According to official specifications, the Nio Onvo L60 can accommodate two 28-inch suitcases, two 24-inch suitcases, and one 20-inch suitcase in its trunk, catering to the luggage needs of a family of five.

The interior adopts a relatively minimalist design style, with a three-spoke steering wheel equipped with two control rollers, and what appears to be a fatigue monitoring system positioned above the steering wheel. The center console includes a 17.2-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 3K retina level and a 16:10 aspect ratio. In terms of smart applications, the Onvo Coconut Intelligent System features the City Oasis AI cabin, which provides an immersive audio-visual experience and a comfortable cabin environment, along with a thoughtful AI home assistant named Xiao Le, based on multimodal large models. The new vehicle is also equipped with an 18-speaker audio system for enhanced sound quality.

In terms of performance, the Onvo L60 will be developed on Nio's third-generation technology platform, NT3.0. The two-wheel-drive version will feature a 240 kW motor, while the all-wheel-drive version will have front and rear motors with maximum powers of 100 kW and 240 kW, respectively. Additionally, the vehicle will be equipped with two types of batteries: a 60 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery and an 85 kWh ternary lithium battery, offering ranges of 730 km and over 1000 km, depending on the battery capacity. The energy consumption is 12.1 kWh per 100 km, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 4.6 seconds.
