BYD YUAN PRO

The 2023 BYD Yuan Pro is set to be officially launched on May 31st. The new model will introduce three variants with upgraded driving ranges of 320km and 401km.

The 2023 BYD Yuan Pro features the latest design language of the BYD family. The front end adopts a closed-off grille with a silver accent strip running through it, while the "元" emblem appears on the silver strip, adding a touch of refinement. The headlights utilize full LED lighting with features like automatic headlamps, dynamic turn signals, and delayed headlamp shutdown.

The BYD Yuan Pro comes standard with an 8-inch LCD instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch central touchscreen. The 10.1-inch central touchscreen also features a rotating function.

On the sides, the concave surfaces and sharp character lines highlight a youthful aesthetic. Additionally, the vehicle offers dual-tone side mirrors, contrasting C-pillars, and 16-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, the side-opening tailgate and classic external spare tire design are retained. The dimensions of the Yuan Pro are 4375mm in length, 1785mm in width, 1680mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2535mm.

Stepping inside, the new model introduces a refreshing blue interior color scheme, and an 8-inch LCD instrument cluster and 10.1-inch central touchscreen come as standard across the lineup. The centerpiece of the interior is the rotating central display, which has been upgraded to the DiLink 4.0 intelligent connectivity system. In terms of powertrain, the Yuan Pro is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor capable of delivering a maximum power of 100kW (136Ps) and a peak torque of 210N·m. The battery options include a 38.9kWh and a 50.1kWh lithium iron phosphate blade battery, offering respective driving ranges of 301km and 401km.
