The 2024 Leapmotor C16 SUV continues the family design language, with several models adopting a consistent design approach. The overall shape is simple and sleek, featuring through-type front and rear lights and hidden door handles. The wheels have a multi-spoke design and come standard with 21-inch rims, enhancing the sporty and premium feel. The body dimensions of the Leapmotor C16 SUV are 4915mm in length, 1905mm in width, and 1770mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2825mm. It adopts a "2+2+2" six-seat layout.

Inside, the Leapmotor C16 SUV is equipped with a 14.6-inch 2.5K floating central control screen and a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument panel. The steering wheel features a dual-spoke flat-bottom design with optimized physical buttons and a column shifter. The rear row is enhanced with a 15.6-inch entertainment screen, improving the entertainment experience for rear passengers.

In terms of features, the vehicle comes with 20-inch wheels, a 540-degree panoramic camera, a panoramic sunroof, multi-layer soundproof glass for the front and rear, rear privacy glass, wireless phone charging, heated and ventilated front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, electric adjustment for the second-row seats, rear folding tables, a 12-speaker sound system, and independent rear air conditioning.

The front of the Leapmotor C16 features through-type headlights and a closed grille, resembling other Leapmotor models. However, its larger size gives it a more imposing presence.

The seats inside the Leapmotor C16 will adopt a 2+2+2 layout, and the seats are covered with baby-bite-grade silicone material, making it very family-friendly.

The Leapmotor C16 SUV is equipped with the Leapmotor OS intelligent vehicle system, which has a user interface similar to Huawei's HarmonyOS, combining aesthetics and user-friendliness. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip, ensuring a smooth experience, and supports features such as four-zone voice wake-up recognition, visual voice command, 5G network, app store, facial recognition, Wi-Fi hotspot, in-car KTV, and remote control via mobile app.

For intelligent driving, the Leapmotor C16 SUV is equipped with the NVIDIA Orin-X chip, providing 254 TOPS of computing power. It has 30 intelligent driving sensors, including one LiDAR, five millimeter-wave radars, twelve cameras, and twelve ultrasonic radars. The vehicle supports highway pilot assistance, enabling functions such as automatic ramp entry and exit, lane change assistance, and automatic parking.

The Leapmotor C16 SUV offers both all-electric and range-extended versions. The range-extended model features a hybrid system composed of a 1.5L range extender and an electric motor, with the engine delivering a maximum power of 70 kW and the electric motor delivering 170 kW. It is equipped with a 28.4 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, offering a CLTC all-electric range of 200 km, a fuel consumption of 5.4L/100 km when the battery is depleted, and a CLTC combined range of 1095 km.

The all-electric version is built on an 800V silicon carbide platform, featuring a 215 kW drive motor and a 67.7 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, with a CLTC all-electric range of 520 km. It supports ultra-fast charging, allowing the SOC to go from 30% to 80% in just 15 minutes. Additionally, the entire model range supports a maximum discharge power of 3.3 kW, catering to outdoor camping needs.
