Exterior Design: In terms of exterior design, the VOLVO EM90 continues the family's design language, retaining the iconic Thor's Hammer headlights at the front. It incorporates more technological elements, such as a gradual lighting effect when the headlights are turned on. Additionally, there is a ceremonial "startup animation" on the logo of the front grille.

The overall dimensions of the VOLVO EM90 are 5206/2024/1859mm, with a wheelbase of 3205mm, positioning it as a mid-to-large-size MPV.

The side profile of the VOLVO EM90 features a substantial and rich design, providing a sense of volume expected from a mid-to-large-size MPV without being overly monotonous. The rear design continues Volvo's classic design elements, transitioning from linear tail lamps to segmented ones while retaining the Thor's Hammer tail lamp style.

VOLVO officially refers to the luminous grille of the EM90 as the "Nordic Milky Way Dynamic Grille." Furthermore, it carries a symbolic meaning—the hammer of Thor descends from the sky, instantly creating a shower of stars, transforming into a galaxy.

The interior of the VOLVO EM90 features a dual-color combination. The center console, with its extensive use of white materials and adjustments in detailed design, reduces some of the layering, resulting in a more simple, atmospheric, concise, practical, and artistic appearance.

Interior Design: Regarding the interior, Scandinavian design focuses on simplicity, functionality, and nature. The EM90's design is a faithful reproduction of previous concept models, including screen layout, overall interior functional areas, and line directions. Natural elements are reflected in the materials used, with wood from extremely cold regions chosen for the door panels and center console. The luminescent wood veneer on the door panels incorporates the unique "VOLVO Morse Code" Easter egg.

In the second row, high-end aviation-style seats offer features like ventilation, heating, massage, and leg rest adjustment. Controls for the second-row windows and air conditioning temperature are available through touchscreens on the door panels.

A roof-mounted entertainment screen is placed in the rear, controlled by a remote with rich functionality, catering not only to entertainment needs but also providing control over air conditioning settings and various modes.

Powertrain: The VOLVO EM90 features a single electric motor with a maximum power of 200 kW and is equipped with a 116-degree battery. According to official data, the CLTC range reaches 738 kilometers. The vehicle also offers bidirectional charging capabilities, serving as a convenient "mobile power station" for other electric vehicles (up to 6.6 kW) and appliances (up to 3.3 kW).
