2024 GAC E8 PHEV MPV

In terms of appearance, the 2024 GAC E8 PHEV MPV showcases a futuristic and stylish look under the influence of the "Guardian City" front design style. The trapezoidal grille is arranged in a staggered manner with step-like decorative strips, supplemented by silver chrome trim. Additionally, the split headlights consist of an upper through-type light strip and lower fang-shaped headlights, which can light up together with the logo.

The new car measures 4920mm in length, 1900mm in width, and 1760mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2930mm. The overall design adopts a boxy MPV body, and the 270° three-sided connected window design enhances the passengers' view. The blade-style multi-spoke wheels provide a striking visual impact. The rear design is simple, featuring a through-type LED light strip as the visual focus of the entire car, extending from the D-pillar to the middle logo at the rear. Similar to the front, this area can also light up together.

The GAC E8 PHEV MPV features a body-colored trapezoidal grille, divided into five layers, with horizontal chrome accents on the upper part. This design follows the curvature of the front face, creating a split headlight configuration with a horizontal light strip and vertical continuous light strip, giving a strong sense of depth.

In terms of the interior, the focus is on enhancing the material quality. The dashboard looks quite three-dimensional, and the wood grain decoration gives it a warm, home-like feel. The car features a black and brown two-tone design with chrome accents in various places, complemented by leather-covered materials, enhancing the vehicle's premium feel.

Regarding the interior, the GAC E8 PHEV MPV uses a lot of straight lines on the dashboard and integrates narrow strip-type LCD instruments with a large floating central control screen, adding a touch of technology. It features a black and brown two-tone design with chrome elements added in various places, complemented by leather-covered materials, enhancing the vehicle's premium feel. The interior adopts a 2+2+3 seat layout, with the second-row executive seats equipped with electric leg rests, heating, and ventilation functions. Most importantly, it supports a "one-click zero-gravity mode" to provide the second-row passengers with the most comfortable sitting experience.

The GAC E8 PHEV MPV is equipped with GAC's fully upgraded Starling electronic and electrical architecture, used for the first time, offering 50 times the computing power of traditional cars and 10 times faster data transmission speed. In terms of intelligent cockpit, the GAC E8 comes standard with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip across the entire lineup, featuring a 14.6-inch central control screen and an 8-inch instrument cluster, and includes the latest ADiGO 5.0 system.

The power system of the GAC E8 PHEV MPV consists of a 2.0L engine and a drive motor. The 2.0L engine has a maximum power of 103kW and a maximum torque of 180Nm. The drive motor has a maximum power of 134kW and a maximum torque of 300Nm, paired with a two-speed DHT transmission. It is equipped with a 25.57kWh ternary lithium battery, providing a CLTC pure electric range of 150km, with an energy consumption of 18kWh/100km, and a combined range of 1200km in full fuel and full electric state.
