In terms of power, the 2024 BAW 212 SUV T01 is equipped with a 2.0T engine that produces a maximum power of 185 kW. The transmission system is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. For off-road capabilities, the new model uses a part-time four-wheel-drive system, allowing for both high-speed and low-speed four-wheel drive switching. It will also offer front and rear axle differential locks and an OFFROAD mode specifically for off-roading, although the differential lock is an optional feature. Additionally, the vehicle will be equipped with hill descent control and a disconnectable anti-roll bar.
