On October 14, it was announced that Zeekr's 001 model has officially entered the Brazilian market, with a starting price of 428,000 Brazilian reals, approximately RMB 542,200.
As the largest economy in South America, Brazil is experiencing rapid growth in the new energy vehicle market. Zeekr's first store in Brazil is located in São Paulo, and it is expected to officially open in December. Other major cities in Brazil will follow, with stores being built gradually.
In addition to Brazil, Zeekr also entered the Norwegian and Colombian markets in October this year.
In Norway, the Zeekr 001 and Zeekr X are the first models to be launched. Pre-orders began this month, with deliveries expected to start by the end of 2024. The Zeekr 001 is priced from 579,900 Norwegian kroner (approximately RMB 387,000), while the Zeekr X starts at 424,900 Norwegian kroner (approximately RMB 283,000).
In Colombia, Zeekr plans to introduce the Zeekr 001 sedan and Zeekr X SUV as its first models. Additionally, Zeekr is making significant investments in charging infrastructure and technology development in Colombia to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
In fact, since 2024, Zeekr has been accelerating its global expansion and has already entered markets such as Mexico, Costa Rica, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Thailand. As of the end of September, Zeekr has expanded into over 35 major international markets, including Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America.
Regarding future global expansion, Zeekr has stated that by the end of 2024, the company plans to launch in Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other countries. Zeekr aims to enter more than 50 major international markets this year, covering regions in Asia, Oceania, and Latin America.
