According to media reports, Tesla has announced the expansion of its Full Self-Driving (FSD) Beta program, and has released the first public version of FSD Beta 12.1.2 to some Tesla owners.

It is reported that this version is renowned for its use of end-to-end neural networks, expected to significantly improve Tesla's advanced driver-assistance system. The neural network, trained on millions of video clips, replaces much of the previous explicit C++ coding, enhancing the system's capability to handle complex driving situations. Although Musk had hinted that FSD would come out of beta testing with version 12, the release notes still label it as a beta version.
