Overhaul of Single Axle Traction Seat
1. During the maintenance, check the parts of the traction seat, especially the wear of the traction pin, traction pin plate, semi-horizontal shaft and other parts, and lubricate these parts. Tighten the bearing seat bolts and replace the bolts if necessary. Adjust the matching clearance between the locking hook and the traction pin.
2. When disassembling the traction seat for inspection, pay attention to check whether the traction seat itself has cracks and serious wear. If there are cracks or serious wear and the traction seat is deformed or too thin, new parts should be replaced. Check the lock hole, and use the traction pin for matching detection. If the wear exceeds the limit and the matching gap is large, it can be repaired by surfacing and machining to the required size, or the lock hook, lock block and wear ring can be replaced for repair. Check the fitting clearance between the support and the body. If the fitting is loose, replace the rubber elastic bushing. Check the locking mechanism, the detachment and connection should be smooth and crisp, and the safety device should be stable and reliable. If there is any abnormality, check the hook tension spring and the numbered handle tension spring, and check the safety mechanism. If the spring elasticity is weakened, new parts should be replaced.
Overhaul of Double Axle Traction Seat
In addition to completing the same items as the single-axle tow mount, the inspection and maintenance contents of the dual-axle tow mount should also pay attention to the following points:
1. Check the integral horizontal and vertical shafts. If there is deformation and serious wear, surfacing welding should be carried out to the required size, and new parts should be repaired or replaced to ensure that the traction seat can swing flexibly laterally and longitudinally, and the matching clearance should meet the standard.
2. Check the lateral swing angle and the buffer devices on the two sides. If the lateral swing angle is too large, adjust it through the wedge blocks on the two sides. If the buffer spring or rubber block is aging, replace it with a new one.
