Recently, we came across the declaration image of the first model under the Extreme Stone brand from Beijing Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., tentatively named the Stone 01. The new vehicle features a plug-in hybrid powertrain, significantly enhancing fuel efficiency.
In terms of exterior design, the new vehicle adopts a boxy body shape, with a large-sized front grille and Y-shaped headlights on both sides, giving it a commanding presence. Additionally, the grille is adorned with bold black accents along the edges, enhancing the vehicle's rugged visual appeal. At the rear, the car is equipped with vertically-oriented taillights and an external spare tire, accentuating its SUV off-road attributes.
In terms of dimensions, the new vehicle measures 5050 (5295)/1980/1869mm in length, width, and height respectively, with a wheelbase of 3010mm. The tire specifications will include 275/45 R21 options for consumers to choose from. It is worth noting that based on the declaration details, the vehicle may be named the Stone 01 and will be manufactured by Beijing Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
As for the powertrain, the new vehicle will be equipped with a hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T engine with the model designation B15F, produced by Mianyang Xinchen Power Machinery Co., Ltd.
