On July 6, BYD announced a strategic partnership with Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort, becoming the first Chinese automotive brand to collaborate with a LEGOLAND park globally. The two sides will work together to promote green mobility and immersive driving experiences, embarking on a journey full of imagination aimed at inspiring children's interest in automobiles.

As part of the partnership, BYD has secured naming rights for the Driving School attraction in the LEGO City themed area. This signature attraction at Shanghai LEGOLAND offers children a fun environment for their very first driving experience. Young drivers can enjoy the thrill of driving, build awareness of road safety, and spark curiosity about vehicles-all while earning their very first "driver's license."
At the official announcement ceremony for the Driving School partnership, representatives from both BYD and LEGOLAND unveiled a fleet of customized vehicles branded with the "BYD" logo. A ceremonial key box was also presented to mark the beginning of the collaboration. In the future, BYD's fleet of new energy vehicles will provide transportation support services for the resort.
The General Manager of Shanghai LEGOLAND emphasized the significance of the collaboration, while BYD representatives expressed hope that young drivers will embrace the concept of green mobility through this initiative. The partnership represents a major step in BYD's efforts to promote new energy vehicle culture and education.
By combining their strengths, the two parties aim to integrate technology and entertainment to set a new benchmark for family-oriented experiences. Starting with children's first driving lessons, the partnership seeks to ignite innovation and encourage kids to unleash their creativity and imagination. Looking ahead, BYD plans to continue expanding the boundaries of green mobility and offer even more diverse experiences for families.
