Recently, BYD's Zhengzhou base announced that its new model, the Song L DM-i, has surpassed weekly sales of 10,000 units. Driven by a surge in orders for the new model, BYD's Zhengzhou base has initiated its second round of large-scale recruitment for the year. All positions are directly hired by BYD, with a monthly recruitment scale of 4,000 employees, and salaries ranging from 5,000 to 9,000 RMB per month.

According to the recruitment information released by BYD Zhengzhou in early August, the Zhengzhou Port area plans to recruit 2,900 operators and 1,100 technicians, totaling 4,000 positions. Additionally, Anyang Wadian and Jinan offer another 2,700 positions, bringing the total recruitment scale to 6,700 employees.
The recruitment notice indicates that the working hours at BYD's Zhengzhou base are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (including overtime, with a statutory eight-hour workday), with a one-hour break. Shifts rotate monthly, and payday is on the 22nd of the following month.
The salary is mainly composed of a base salary, overtime pay, and a workshop overproduction bonus. The base salary is 2,100 RMB, calculated on a 21.75-day work month, with an hourly rate of about 12 RMB. Overtime on regular workdays is paid at 1.5 times the rate, weekends at twice the rate, and public holidays at three times the rate. The overproduction bonus ranges from several hundred to 2,000 RMB.
