BYD Auto recently announced its sales figures for the first half of the year, with a total of 253,046 vehicles sold in June, representing a year-on-year growth of 88.2%. In the first half of this year, BYD Auto achieved a cumulative sales volume of 1.25 million units, including 74,300 units sold overseas. The cumulative sales volume for the first half of the year increased by 95.8% compared to the same period last year, once again setting a new monthly sales record for China's new energy vehicles.

In terms of specific data, the Dynasty series, which has been a long-standing sales pillar, achieved a cumulative sales volume of 663,695 units in the first half of the year, representing a year-on-year growth of 59.7%. The BYD Qin has become the first new energy A-class sedan in China to surpass one million cumulative sales, while the Han and Tang flagship models have also exceeded the one million sales milestone. For the Ocean series, the cumulative sales volume in the first half of the year reached 526,625 units, with multiple models achieving monthly sales of over ten thousand units for consecutive months. Among them, the Song PLUS recorded sales of 25,935 units in June, while the new generation mainstream commuter vehicle, the Seagull, became an instant hit with sales of 23,005 units in June.
