At the 2023 Chengdu Auto Show, Jetour Traveler officially began pre-sales, unveiling 5 models with a pre-sale price range of 140,900 to 180,900 yuan. The new vehicle will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, Kunpeng power, and the XWD fully automatic intelligent four-wheel drive system. Its exterior design is also notably rugged.
In terms of appearance, the Jetour Traveler adopts a tough body style design. The grille embeds the “JETOUR” brand logo and connects with the front headlights, creating a unique and impressive front headlight group.
From the side, the window frames are angular, and the wheel arch design protrudes outward, showcasing its rugged style. It also features a floating roof design. The rear adopts the classic "small backpack" assembly, with vertically oriented taillights encapsulated in black frames, exuding an off-road temperament. The car's dimensions are 4785mm in length, 2006mm in width, and 1880mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2800mm.
The new car's interior adopts a T-shaped straight layout, distinct and straightforward. The interior materials are refined, and the car is equipped with a large-sized floating central control screen. From the previously released configurations, the new car is loaded with the Qualcomm 8155 chip platform, providing an enhanced cabin intelligence experience.
In terms of power, the new car offers a choice between a 1.5T engine and a 2.0T engine for consumers. The 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 135 kW and a peak torque of 290 Nm, while the 2.0T engine offers a maximum power of 187 kW and a peak torque of 390 Nm. The transmission system is matched with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox.
