The Smart Edition features a notable addition of a rooftop laser radar, serving as a prominent identifier. The official statement indicates that the new car's body has been remodeled, the body structure has been upgraded, the welding production line has been reconfigured, and new high-strength steel and composite body materials have been adopted.

The vehicle's side profile incorporates concealed door handles, with side-view cameras added to the front fenders for compatibility with the Huawei ADS 2.0 advanced intelligent driving system. The slightly raised front and rear wheel arches, along with the 21-inch multi-spoke wheel design, give it a muscular appearance. These sensors provide full-scene, all-weather perception of static and dynamic objects, including irregular shapes. The laser radar allows for precise ranging, and the high-definition visual perception cameras recognize the environment, with front dual-camera pixel count reaching 8 million pixels. It also upgrades to GOD (General Obstacle Detection) Network 2.0, achieving a 99% general obstacle recognition rate. Furthermore, features like LCC+ lane cruise assist enhancement, custom parking assist (APA), sentinel mode, flexible on/off ramps, and active pedestrian yielding are all included.
