BENZ EQB

In terms of exterior design, the BENZ EQB largely retains the familiar family-style design, with minimal overall changes. The smoked grille is quite large in size and is designed with a closed-off treatment. The benefit of this approach is that it doesn't compromise its presence compared to fuel-powered vehicles. The matrix-style headlights on both sides further create a unified look. On the side of the vehicle, the design is more traditional, with a straight waistline paired with upward-rising wheel arches, exuding a muscular feel. At the rear, the tail shape appears more rounded and full, with a through-tail light design that's currently trendy, giving the vehicle a very fashionable vibe. The overall dimensions are: 4684mm in length, 1834mm in width, 1693mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2829mm.

In terms of appearance, the Mercedes-Benz EQB largely continues the design language of the current GLB model. Only minor details have been added from the EQ family elements as embellishments, effectively enhancing its technological feel and recognizability.

For the interior, the design is largely consistent with the Mercedes-Benz GLB. The dual-screen setup, comprised of two 10.25-inch displays, is quite striking. It incorporates the latest generation of the MBUX smart human-machine interaction system and features numerous functions such as "EQ optimized navigation" and "climate pre-control".

Regarding the interior design, the overall layout of the BENZ EQB interior follows that of the previous models, with no significant changes. The central console is equipped with a dual-screen design, consisting of a 10.25-inch LCD instrument panel + 10.25-inch touchscreen. The control screen integrates the MBUX smart human-machine interaction system. In addition to supporting voice recognition features, there are also some physical buttons below, striking a balance between tech-savviness and practicality. Notably, the new model has undergone comprehensive upgrades in its features. The base model now includes additional configurations, such as full-speed adaptive cruise control, L2 level assisted driving, electric tailgate, etc. Lane assist, keyless entry for the entire vehicle, and AR real-scene navigation are among the optional configurations, making the offerings even richer.

In terms of the power system, the BENZ EQB is available in both a front-mounted single motor version and a dual motor all-wheel-drive version. The former has a maximum output power of 140kW, while the all-wheel-drive version reaches up to 215kW. Additionally, it is equipped with a 73.5kWh ternary lithium battery pack, offering a range of 512 kilometers and 600 kilometers, respectively.
