For smart hardware, the new car is equipped with a 7nm auxiliary driving chip, along with six cameras and six ultrasonic radars. Features include front collision warnings, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, reverse side alert, lane-keeping assist, lane-centering, road traffic sign recognition, high-definition 360-degree panoramic imaging, and a transparent chassis/540 imaging.

In terms of power, the DongFeng AEOLUS HaoHAN will be equipped with the Dongfeng Mahe power system across all models, offering three options: 1.5T petrol version, hybrid version, and plug-in hybrid version. The DongFeng AEOLUS HaoHAN DH-i hybrid model's 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 204 horsepower (150kW), with a combined power reaching 292 horsepower (215kW) and a combined torque of 565N·m. The transmission is paired with a 4-speed smart hybrid gearbox, and its NEDC combined fuel consumption is 4.2L/100km. The petrol version has a maximum power of 150 kW for its 1.5T engine. The HEV model's combined power reaches 215kW and a combined torque of 565N·m.
