How to Switch the Odometer from A to KM in the Nissan Sylphy

The Nissan Sylphy features a customizable odometer function, allowing the display to toggle between "A" or "B" mileage readings. To switch from "A" to "KM," simply press the "TRIP RESET" button located on the lower left of the steering wheel.

The Sylphy offers two customizable mileage displays, labeled as "A" and "B." Both can be adjusted to reflect different types of mileage tracking.

In daily driving, the display shows not only "A" and "B" but also "KM," which represents the total mileage of the vehicle. If you need to reset the mileage reading, you can clear it by pressing and holding the "TRIP RESET" button.

Common Dashboard Warning Lights During Driving:

1:Engine Warning Light: If the engine warning light comes on, it indicates a problem with the engine system. In this case, you should contact the dealership or a repair shop for assistance as soon as possible.

2:Tire Pressure Indicator: When this light comes on, it suggests that the tire pressure may be too high or too low. This could be caused by a puncture or overinflation. Use a tire pressure gauge to check the current tire pressure.

3:Engine Temperature Warning Light: If this light appears, it indicates that the engine temperature is too high, possibly due to insufficient coolant. You should stop the vehicle and check the situation, as driving with an overheated engine can cause damage.

4:Fuel Indicator Light: When this light comes on, it means the fuel level is low, and you need to find the nearest gas station to refuel.

5:Brake System Warning Light: If this light comes on, it signals a fault in the braking system. This could be due to a mechanical issue or low brake fluid. In either case, stop the vehicle and inspect the system.
