In terms of exterior design, the 2025 VOLVO S60 Sedan shows minimal differences compared to the previous model, with the overall design being largely retained. The front fascia features a sleek and elongated shape with a larger surface area, accented by chrome decorations. The front grille adopts a blacked-out mesh design, and other details on the front have also been given a darkened treatment, maintaining a uniform color scheme.

On the side, the car's sharp muscular lines paired with its low, streamlined stance give it a sporty yet crisp appearance. Notable details include five-spoke wheels and blacked-out side mirrors. The rear features Volvo's signature C-shaped taillights, with the tail slightly raised to create a subtle ducktail shape, complemented by a hidden exhaust layout for a sleek and harmonious rear design.

In terms of exterior design, the 2025 VOLVO S60 Sedan has a sportier and more powerful appearance while continuing Volvo's signature stable and grand design language. The front end still features the distinctive Thor's Hammer headlights, which are sharp and deep. The new model also comes with a wider grille, enhancing its sporty feel.

As for the interior, the 2025 VOLVO S60 Sedan continues to feature a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 9-inch central touchscreen display. It also comes with a native Android-based infotainment system. The cabin materials include more eco-friendly textile fabrics and reclaimed wood craftsmanship, further enhancing the overall quality of the vehicle.

The rear design shows little difference from the previous model, with only minor adjustments. The car's dimensions are 4778 mm in length, 1850 mm in width, and 1437 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2872 mm.

The interior design remains consistent with the previous model, continuing with Volvo's traditional family layout. The three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, along with a fully digital instrument panel and vertically oriented central display, adds a touch of modern simplicity and technology. Notably, the new S60's sports variant features seats with wider side bolsters and an extended leg rest section to ensure better stability and safety during spirited driving.

In terms of powertrain, the 2025 VOLVO S60 Sedan offers two versions: B4 and B5. The B5 model's 2.0T engine produces 184 kW of power and a peak torque of 360 Nm, an increase of 10 Nm compared to the previous model. The B4 model retains its original maximum output of 145 kW and peak torque of 300 Nm. Depending on the configuration, the combined WLTC fuel consumption is 5.95 liters or 5.99 liters per 100 kilometers, paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission or an 8-speed automatic transmission, respectively.
