In terms of dimensions, the JMC Ford Transit T8 offers three wheelbase versions: short (3000mm), medium (3300mm), and long (3750mm). Based on its purpose, there are also choices between medium and high roofs.

In terms of exterior design, the JMC Ford Transit T8 offers two sets of front-end kits. The overall style of the vehicle, compared to the classic Transit and the next-generation Transit, exudes more of an urban vibe, diminishing the "instantly recognizable as a cargo van" look. Its design is now closer to that of an MPV, which is likely to appeal more even to larger families.

The JMC Ford Transit T8 offers cargo, commercial travel, multifunction versions, different wheelbases, and medium/high roof body types. It is powered by either a 2.3T diesel engine or a 2.0T diesel engine. The 2.3T variant is equipped with Ford's fifth-generation PUMA diesel engine, with a maximum output of 175 horsepower (128kW) and a peak torque of 430 N·m. This is matched with an imported ZF 8AT transmission, Magna 7MT, and 6MT gearbox. The 2.0T variant has a maximum output of 154 horsepower and a peak torque of 390 N·m, paired with either a 6MT or 7MT gearbox. Additionally, the Transit T8 will also feature RAS air suspension, which allows users to adjust the airbag height through the integrated control screen, significantly enhancing comfort and handling. The new car will also offer a "stuck mode", further improving the vehicle's passability.
