2024 Sinotruk HOWO S6 Pickup is available in three versions: commercial, passenger, and off-road, with two wheelbase options: standard and long. The passenger and off-road versions both come in the standard wheelbase model. Additionally, the cargo dimensions for the long wheelbase commercial version are 1800/1520/530 millimeters, while the cargo length of the standard wheelbase commercial version is reduced by 280 millimeters, with a maximum payload capacity of 875 kilograms.

Compared to the commercial version, the 2024 Sinotruk HOWO S6 Pickup passenger and off-road versions include additional features such as side air curtains, lane centering, integrated cruise assistance, traffic congestion assistance systems, 360-degree panoramic imaging/transparent chassis, central differential with locking function, wireless charging for smartphones, 8-speaker audio system, vehicle connectivity, remote vehicle control via mobile phones, voice recognition, OTA upgrades, ambient interior lighting, 18-inch wheels, wheel arches, electrically folding exterior mirrors (automatically fold when locked), roof racks, cargo compartment tailgate with gas springs, 12.3-inch LCD instrument panel, heated steering wheel, paddle shifters, rear 220V power socket/USB port, LED headlights, 4-way power adjustment for the front passenger seat, ventilated/heated front seats, and rear air conditioning vents, among others.

The vehicle adopts a split-type single-lamp design, with L-shaped daytime running lights on the outer edges. The front grille is divided into upper and lower sections. The upper grille is very narrow and features the Sinotruk lettered logo, while the lower grille showcases the geometric emblem of Sinotruk.

The 2024 Sinotruk HOWO S6 Pickup features a central console with straight lines, with a suspended central control screen in the middle and a wider-sized secondary instrument panel at the bottom. It utilizes an electronic gear lever, and the multifunction steering wheel is equipped with paddle shifters in front.

In terms of configuration differences, the passenger version of the 2024 Sinotruk HOWO S6 Pickup comes with exclusive features such as door opening warnings, rear cross-traffic alerts, rear collision warnings, lane change assistance/blind spot detection, emergency lane keeping, 6-way power adjustment for the driver's seat, and black coffee interior trim, among others. The off-road version's exclusive features across the range include sand/mud/rock/snow driving modes, black and red interior trim, 8-way power adjustment for the driver's seat, metal front bumper, wading hose, chassis guard plate, front electric winch, nitrogen shock absorbers, and red brake calipers, among others.

All versions of the 2024 Sinotruk HOWO S6 Pickup are equipped with the Weichai WP2H 2.0T diesel engine, delivering a maximum power of 140 kilowatts and peak torque of 420 Newton meters. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual or 8-speed automatic gearbox for the commercial version, while the passenger and off-road versions are only paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Suspension-wise, the vehicle features double wishbone independent front suspension, reinforced steel plate spring integral bridge for the commercial version's rear suspension, and passenger-specific multi-link integral bridge for the passenger and off-road versions' rear suspension.
