Recently, BMW (China) Automotive Trading Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Recalls of Defective Automobile Products" and the "Implementation Measures for the Management of Recalls of Defective Automobile Products." Starting from today, a total of 51 imported BMW X3, imported BMW 2 Series, and imported BMW X4 vehicles are being recalled.

A total of 1 imported X3 vehicle produced on August 29, 2023.
A total of 2 imported 2 Series vehicles produced from September 21, 2023, to September 25, 2023.
A total of 48 imported X4 vehicles produced from August 18, 2023, to September 25, 2023.
Reason for Recall:
Some vehicles within the scope of this recall have improperly fastened bolts on the electronic power steering (EPS) control unit to the steering gear casing, which may cause abnormal steering noises. In severe cases, it may lead to steering gear jamming, affecting steering function and posing a safety hazard.
