Recently, Jaguar Land Rover (China) Investment Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Recalls of Defective Automotive Products" and its implementing measures. Starting from March 29, 2024, they will recall a total of 1987 imported 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport vehicles.
Recall Batch:
Part of the imported 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport vehicles produced from July 4, 2022, to November 30, 2022, totaling 1987 units.
Reason for Recall:
Vehicles within this recall scope may experience water ingress into the right-side tail light due to factory assembly issues. This could lead to malfunctions, rendering the tail light unable to provide effective signals to following vehicles, thus increasing the risk of collisions and posing a safety hazard.
Solution:
Jaguar Land Rover (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will replace the right tail light on the tailgate and the right side of the vehicle for free within the recall scope to eliminate the safety risk.
