On June 8th, Geely Auto officially started pre-sales for its compact sedan, the Xingrui Fu Yao Edition, with a pre-sale price of 112,800 yuan. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that the new car will be officially launched on June 18th.
In terms of design, the Xingrui Fu Yao Edition continues the high-end, stylish, and elegant design language. The front face adopts a brand-new waterfall grille design, with a vertically flowing chrome trim that adds a three-dimensional and full-bodied look. At the same time, the car features LED headlights with upper daytime running lights, which have good recognition when illuminated. In addition, the new car offers an exclusive "Caiqing" vehicle color.
The overall side profile of the new car features clean and simple lines. A slightly upward-sloping waistline extends from the front fender to the taillights, along with lower body lines that run through the front and rear doors, giving the entire side profile a sense of depth. The car has dimensions of 4785mm in length, 1869mm in width, and 1469mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2800mm. The rear end is connected by a silver chrome strip, elongating the width of the taillights. The dual-exhaust layout on both sides adds visual tension to the overall appearance.
In terms of interior, the new car remains largely consistent with the current model. The multifunctional steering wheel paired with a 12.3-inch central touchscreen display exudes a strong sense of technology. Additionally, the seats, door panels, and roof are covered in soft leather materials, enhancing the overall sense of luxury. In terms of features, the new car is equipped with the Geely Galaxy OS system, supporting intelligent voice interaction, Huawei ecosystem, OTA online upgrades, and other rich functions. It also comes with a Bluetooth key + App remote control system, a 540° panoramic view monitoring system, CCS adaptive cruise control, a 12.3-inch central touchscreen, eight speakers, G-clean intelligent ecological health system, AQS air quality management system, and dual-zone automatic temperature control.
Regarding powertrain, the Xingrui Fu Yao Edition is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, with a maximum power output of 133 kW (181 horsepower) and peak torque of 290 Nm. It is paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, and the combined fuel consumption is 6.2 liters per 100 kilometers.
Geely Xingrui has always had strong competitiveness in the compact car market. The introduction of the Fu Yao Edition will further lower the entry barrier for Xingrui models.
