Recently, a video testing the supercharging efficiency of the Li Auto MEGA 5C was exposed online. The footage demonstrates that the supercharging data and efficiency of the Li Auto MEGA are quite impressive, managing to replenish 80% of its battery in just 11 minutes.

The video shows that when Li Auto MEGA initiates supercharging, the current reaches 711.6A; when the battery level hits 20%, the maximum charging power reaches 521.5kW. When compared side-by-side with other vehicles, it's evident that the current and power of Li Auto 5C's supercharging surpass many competitors, including supercharging systems from XPeng and Huawei.
After charging for 11 minutes, the battery level of the Li Auto MEGA has reached 80%. At this point, the charging current stands at 381.4A, charging voltage at 826.6V, and the charging power remains an impressive 315.27kW, with a charge quantity of 77.3kWh.
On September 1, 2023, CATL officially announced on their official Weibo account that the Li Auto MEGA will be equipped with CATL's brand-new Kirin battery, aiming to "achieve 500 kilometers with a 12-minute charge", realizing a peak 5C battery charging rate. Now, the ultra-high efficiency of the 5C supercharging is finally embodied in the actual Li Auto MEGA vehicle.
Prior to this, Li Auto officially stated their plans to construct over 300 supercharging stations by 2023 and exceed 3,000 supercharging stations by 2025. Judging from the currently exposed supercharging test video of Li Auto MEGA, the efficiency of the Li Auto 5C supercharging is indeed remarkable. In the future, those driving the Li Auto MEGA on long journeys will no longer be plagued by range anxiety and lengthy recharging times.
