The overall design of the BYD Song L EV is more refined, with a front face exuding a sense of sportiness and sharpness. The two dragon tooth-like designs next to the front grille highlight a dominating presence, and a chrome strip resembling "dragon whiskers" extends from the headlights to the grille, creating a visually appealing effect with the play of light and shadows.

The side profile of the BYD Song L EV features a low, sleek stance, and the sloping roofline gives the rear part a compact appearance. Multiple contour lines on the side enhance the overall sense of strength. The taillights employ a flowing and elegant design, and the car may come equipped with a retractable rear spoiler. The dimensions of the Song L are 4840/1950/1560mm, with a wheelbase of 2930mm.

The front face of the BYD Song L EV features a clean and sporty design. The sharp styling of the headlights on both sides integrates seamlessly with the "dragon whiskers," creating a cohesive look that accentuates a sense of sophistication. The BYD Song L EV is equipped with BYD's all-new DiLink infotainment system, along with features such as AR-HUD (Augmented Reality Head-Up Display), EC adjustable ambient lighting panoramic sunroof, and a wide-temperature-range heat pump air conditioning system.

In terms of interior design, the overall color coordination of the BYD Song L EV is more pronounced, with a sophisticated color palette and the addition of ambient lighting. The interior design is relatively simple, moving away from overly intricate details, presenting a model more oriented towards the international market. The interior incorporates materials that convey a sense of sportiness, providing a strong visual impact. The car also introduces frameless doors.

Inside the BYD Song L EV, the 10.25-inch full LCD instrument panel is not small, and the 15.6-inch central control screen retains BYD's classic design, with the addition of a 50-inch AR-HUD. The new car is equipped with the DiLink smart connectivity system, based on the Snapdragon processor, co-developed with Qualcomm, and deeply customized to support a 5G-equipped in-car cabin platform. The 12-speaker HiFi-grade custom Dynaudio sound system, active fragrance system, and scene modes offer an immersive cabin experience for users.

In terms of power, the BYD Song L EV will be available in single-motor and dual-motor versions. The four-wheel-drive version is equipped with front and rear motors, with maximum power of 150/230/380kW. The single-motor version has a maximum motor power of 230kW. The CLTC working condition pure electric range is 550km, 602km, and 662km, respectively. The new car is equipped with the Cloud-Link Telematics and Connectivity (C) system, which has millisecond-level damping adjustment speed, seamlessly combining comfort and handling. The car also features the BYD DiPilot intelligent driving assistance system, covering a wide range of scenarios with over 30 assistance functions, including high-speed assistance, intelligent navigation, automatic parking, and fatigue monitoring, significantly enhancing driving safety.
