In terms of exterior design, the 2024 BAIC BJ60 REEV SUV features a more streamlined front, eliminating the iconic triple "U" grille design. The five-segment star-ring grille light seamlessly integrates the grille with the headlights, surrounded by wrap-around LED lights, giving the vehicle a more stylish appearance. The lower bumper also adopts a new design style, with split light clusters on both sides and body-colored bumpers, adding a touch of urban flair to this rugged SUV.

On the side, the new vehicle retains the classic tough SUV silhouette, with a straight waistline running throughout and slightly flared front and rear fenders, creating a muscular look. Additionally, the vehicle will be equipped with 20-inch blade-style wheels. The taillights continue the design seen in other family models, with split tail light clusters on either side of the vehicle, adding a decorative touch. The tailgate opens to the side and includes an externally mounted spare tire. The vehicle's dimensions are 5040mm in length, 1955mm in width, and 1925mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2820mm.

The battery is a 40.3 kWh ternary lithium battery pack (nickel-cobalt-manganese), offering a combined fuel consumption of 1.3 L/100 km, a pure electric range of 152 km, and a total range of 1200 km. Additionally, the vehicle will offer five energy modes and a single-pedal driving mode.
