1:What is the top speed?

Top speed (km/h) refers to the maximum achievable speed of a vehicle on a level and well-maintained road surface.
2:How is it measured?
It is measured under windless conditions on a level and well-maintained asphalt or concrete road surface. According to regulations in my country, a 1.6-kilometer test section is used, with the last 500 meters serving as the testing zone for top speed. The test is conducted back and forth four times, and the average value is taken.
3:Misconception
The top speed should not be confused with the theoretical top speed, which refers to the best performance that an engine can achieve under optimal conditions, limited to theoretical scenarios.
