(1) Conditions of employment
1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance and working principle of the electric tractor, master the basic operation skills of the electric tractor, and hold a "special vehicle operation license". Driving without a license is strictly prohibited.
2. The designated vehicle shall be the responsibility of the relevant personnel and shall not be handed over to other unqualified personnel for use.
(2) Pre-operation inspection of electric tractor
1. Before driving, check whether the situation is normal, whether the instrument panel indication is normal, and whether the power indication is sufficient.
2. Check the starting, running and braking performance.
3. Check whether the lights and horn signals are normal and must ensure safety. Horns, headlights, direction lights, steering gear, brakes, etc. must be sensitive and reliable.
4. Check whether the electrolyte of the vehicle battery is normal, and replenish the electrolyte in time.
5. Check whether there is oil leakage or water leakage in various parts of the carriage, and replace the seal in time.
6. In addition to the above inspections, the electric tractor circuit should also be inspected according to the relevant inspection contents of the battery car.
(3) Start of electric tractor
1. Before driving, check the surrounding pedestrians or obstacles and press the sound sign to start.
2. The driver must start slowly and steadily.
(4) Driving operation of electric tractor
1. Only two people (including the driver) can sit in the driver's seat, other parts are not allowed to ride, and no one is allowed to ride the trailer.
2. Pay attention to the dynamics of vehicles and pedestrians when driving; when turning, if there are people or vehicles nearby, send a signal to drive slowly at the intersection, look twice, and pass three times. Also, sharp turns are prohibited at high speed. Sharp turns at high speeds can cause a loss of lateral stability of the vehicle and lead to a rollover.
3. U-turn and reverse vehicles must pay close attention to traffic, pedestrians and surroundings and drive slowly.
4. When the vehicle is in motion, and when the vehicle is not stopped, no one is allowed to get on, off and pick up or jump.
5. Under any special circumstances, it is forbidden to brake hard while driving.
6. When driving, do not eat, speak, laugh or other safety obstacles.
7. It is forbidden to drive an electric tractor after drinking or fatigue.
(5) Parking of the electric tractor after the operation is completed
1. Temporary parking at the entrance of the workshop and at night intersections. The headlights should be on and the driver should not leave them.
2. The driver must carry the switch key with him when he leaves the vehicle. After the work is completed, the electric tractor must be parked in the designated area and the handbrake of the vehicle must be pulled up.
(6) Handling of emergencies
1. If the electric tractor has abnormal conditions, it should be repaired in time.
2. In the event of a major accident, the electric tractor shall carry out on-site protection and report in time, and can only be replaced after on-site observation and analysis by relevant departments.
