ChangAn UNI-T

Changan UNI-T has launched a total of five models. The new cars are positioned as compact SUVs with the following dimensions: length of 4535mm, width of 1870mm, height of 1565mm, and a wheelbase of 2710mm.

In terms of exterior design, the new Changan UNI-T retains the basic design of the current model but features some improvements in the details to create a more harmonious overall look. The new car is available in two appearance options: the regular version and the sport version, with the latter having sportier decorations.

The new car is equipped with two larger size floating dual screens, incorporating the "Interactive Harbor" integrated curved display.

The front grille of the new Changan UNI-T has been optimized, with the square blocks inside being transformed into an L-shaped pattern, enhancing the three-dimensional effect. The front bumper has been redesigned to enhance the overall presence of the vehicle, and the side skirts have also undergone similar improvements. The exterior mirrors now feature dual-color combinations instead of the previous all-black design, and the wheel design has been optimized. The sport version retains the eye-catching front bumper color scheme, along with visually striking sporty wheels and calipers. The vehicle body can be optionally equipped with matte paint. The rear of the vehicle has also received significant optimization, similar to the design concept of the front end, with the addition of dual exhaust decorations. The sport version of the car pays more attention to a blacked-out effect in the rear bumper and adds a large-sized rear spoiler.

In terms of interior design, it is the focus of this upgrade. The new car features two larger floating dual screens, incorporating an integrated curved display known as the "Interactive Harbor." The control screen is specially designed to tilt towards the driver's field of vision. The new car is also equipped with Changan's all-new domain control platform CIIA1.0+, which enables OTA updates after power-off and has features such as intelligent power management automatic warning, fault self-diagnosis, and remote diagnosis. The new car has added a heated steering wheel function that can be remotely activated via a smartphone. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, which is a car-grade chip, can perform calculations of up to 800 trillion times per second, enabling high computing power 3D real-time rendering and delivering a new experience with the redesigned user interface. The steering wheel also adopts a completely new style with a two-spoke design, and the buttons have been upgraded to touch-sensitive. The gear lever for the turn signals also has a simpler appearance.

In terms of powertrain, the new car continues to use the power configuration of the current 1.5T model, while discontinuing the previous 2.0T power option. It is equipped with the Blue Whale NE1.5T direct injection engine, delivering a maximum power of 188 horsepower (138 kilowatts) and a maximum torque of 300 Nm, coupled with the Blue Whale 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission.
