In the powertrain department, the vehicle is equipped with a brand new third-generation 1.5TGDI engine. Its maximum output has been raised to 177 horsepower (130kW), and peak torque has been increased to 270 N·m. The transmission is paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox. The vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 9.4 seconds and has a NEDC fuel consumption rate of 6.5L/100km.
