We use high-quality friction materials including Komatsu, Raybestos, and Valeo, paired with 65Mn steel plates and laser welding for robust construction. The springs are made from 60Si2Mn and 55CrSi alloys, while the spline hub is forged steel for maximum strength and reliability. Every component is selected to withstand high-stress environments and provide long-lasting service.
Advanced Shock Absorption & Driving Comfort
Equipped with dual springs and an additional spring in the spline hub, our clutch discs feature a triple-stage damping system. This advanced design minimizes vibration caused by spring compression and rebound, effectively reducing resonance. The result is smoother clutch engagement and enhanced driving comfort-especially important in heavy-duty or high-performance vehicles.
Heavy-Duty Performance & Custom Branding
The number of friction surfaces directly affects torque transmission-our multi-surface discs are engineered for high-torque, heavy-load vehicles. Pressure plates are built with Baosteel pickled steel covers, HT250 cast iron bases, and OEM-grade diaphragm springs for dependable pressure control. We also support custom branding services including logo-printed friction surfaces, tamper-proof packaging, certification labels, and steel-stamped part numbers for authenticity and traceability.
