Volvo EX90

The Volvo EX90 features an all-new electrified exterior, including a closed front face, an illuminated logo, and a redesigned set of headlights. The lower fascia incorporates an active grille to improve aerodynamic resistance. The dimensions of the new vehicle are 5037/1964/1747mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2985mm. The aerodynamic coefficient is 0.29Cd.

The front face of the Volvo EX90 features a closed-type intake grille, and the stylish design of the Thor's Hammer LED headlights is both bold and elegant. The internal lens adopts a matrix-style design, with the high and low beams concealed behind the daytime running lights. The illuminated effect creates a particularly appealing sense of ceremony.

The layout of the central console in the Volvo EX9 is well-designed, exhibiting a clear sense of hierarchy. The majority of areas are enveloped in leather and soft materials, with the air vents featuring a sleek design that enhances practicality. The 9-inch rectangular LCD instrument panel can display detailed and refined data, further contributing to the overall appeal of the interior.

Notably, the Volvo EX90 is equipped with laser radar, capable of detecting distances up to 250 meters under conditions with a reflectance of 10%. Additionally, the vehicle will be equipped with 16 ultrasonic sensors, 8 cameras, and 5 radars, powered by the NVIDIA Orin chip with a computing capacity of 250 TOPS.

Inside the car, the Volvo EX90 maintains a minimalist style with a small LCD instrument cluster in front of the driver and a 14.5-inch central control screen in the center, featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip. Volvo introduces new eco-friendly materials in this model, with seat surfaces made from recycled materials such as PET plastic bottles and pine resin.

Built on the SPA2 architecture, the Volvo EX90 is equipped with dual motors, offering two different configurations. The lower-power motor has a maximum output of 407 horsepower and a maximum torque of 770 Nm. The higher-power motor boasts a maximum output of 503 horsepower and a maximum torque of 910 Nm, with a battery capacity of 111 kWh. The estimated ranges are 467 kilometers and 600 kilometers for the lower and higher power versions, respectively.
