In terms of exterior design, the 2024 BYD Denza Z9 GT adopts Denza's new design language, featuring a closed-off front grille that highlights its identity as a new energy vehicle. The split LED headlights on both sides have a distinctive shape and offer high recognition when illuminated. The lower part of the vehicle sports a three-section blacked-out grille, adding to its sporty appeal. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with a LiDAR sensor in the middle of the lower grille, supporting Denza's advanced autonomous driving technology.

The side profile of the 2024 BYD Denza Z9 GT is defined by a straight, sharp waistline, giving it a powerful appearance. With a low-slung body, hidden door handles, and a slightly sloping D-pillar design at the rear, it is complemented by dual 7-spoke sport wheels, enhancing its athletic vibe. The rear features a station wagon design, providing larger cargo space in the trunk. The vehicle's dimensions are 5180mm in length, 1990mm in width, and 1500mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3125mm.

The front design of the 2024 BYD Denza Z9 GT follows the "Corona" design language, with sharp headlights featuring DLP pixel lights. The lower bumper exudes a strong sense of sportiness, incorporating elements such as LiDAR, AGS active grille, millimeter-wave radar, and parking sensors.

The 2024 BYD Denza Z9 GT is equipped with five screens, including a floating square central control screen, a fully digital instrument cluster integrated into the dashboard, and a passenger display. It also features electronic side mirror displays on both sides and a heads-up display system.

The sculpted rear design adds a sense of layering, with slender arrow-shaped taillights on both sides and a liftable rear spoiler, giving it a unique look. The large chrome-trimmed diffuser at the lower rear emphasizes both sportiness and elegance.

Inside, the 2024 BYD Denza Z9 GT features a wrap-around design, with an off-white interior accented by chrome trim, giving it a modern and stylish look. The dashboard includes a fully embedded digital instrument cluster, paired with a floating central control screen and an embedded passenger-side touchscreen for a sleek, high-tech layout.

In terms of power, the 2024 BYD Denza Z9 GT offers both plug-in hybrid and fully electric versions. The plug-in hybrid version comes equipped with a 2.0T engine combined with an electric motor, forming the Yi Sanfang hybrid system. The engine produces a maximum power of 152kW, while the combined power output of the electric motors reaches 640kW. It features a lithium iron phosphate battery pack, with top speeds of 240km/h and 230km/h, and a maximum range of 1100km. The fuel consumption with a depleted battery is 5.6L/100km. The fully electric version is powered by a dual-motor Yi Sanfang all-wheel-drive system with a maximum power output of 710kW and a total range of 630km. It also comes equipped with the "Yun Nian" intelligent body control system.
