Polestar 3 embraces the signature design of the Polestar family, with a closed front grille and "T-shaped" Thor's Hammer headlights on either side of the front face, giving the new vehicle a high level of recognition. The smartZone, replacing the traditional front grille design, is derived from the Precept concept car. The smartZone integrates advanced driver-assistance sensors such as sensors, cameras, and radar into the intelligent sensing area, ensuring functionality while enhancing the overall look of the front face.

The side profile of the Polestar 3 features smooth lines, especially the roofline extending backward to optimize the aerodynamic properties of the vehicle while maintaining ample headroom for rear passengers. The curved design of the D-pillar further highlights the sporty attributes and Nordic design style of the Polestar 3. The 20-inch wheels complement this sporty look. In terms of dimensions, the Polestar 3 measures 4900×1627×2120mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2985mm.

The most distinctive angle of the Polestar 3 is undoubtedly the rear end. The large roof spoiler and the design of the integrated taillights visually widen the vehicle, while the straight taillight lines adhere to the Nordic design style. The rounded and full shape is a defining characteristic of the rear end, and the decorative panels on both sides of the rear ventilation vents add depth to the rear.

The interior of the Polestar 3 also embodies the typical Nordic design style. The rectangular full LCD instrument panel is paired with a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel with touch controls. The central console features a vertically oriented large multimedia touch screen, while the center console adopts a minimalist design approach, complemented by the central channel's rotary electronic shift mechanism, showcasing Polestar's ultimate minimalist car-making philosophy. Despite offering only two models, both variants come with high-level configurations, and the abundance of standard luxury features elevates the overall tone of the vehicle.

The Polestar 3 offers two powertrain options: the Dual Motor Long Range version and the Dual Motor High Performance version. The Dual Motor Long Range version delivers a maximum power of 490 horsepower, a maximum torque of 840 Nm, and a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 5 seconds. The Dual Motor High Performance version boasts a maximum power of 517 horsepower, a maximum torque of 910 Nm, and a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 4.7 seconds. Both versions are equipped with NCM lithium-ion battery packs from CATL, with a capacity of 111 kWh. The Dual Motor Long Range version has a WLTP range of 670km, while the Dual Motor High Performance version offers a WLTP range of 620km.
